Supporting the Ukrainian military is a key aspect during the war, defining the future of the country. Volunteer aid, financial support, and moral backing are essential for providing the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) with the necessary resources and maintaining the morale of fighters on the front line. All forms of help prove crucial in strengthening the defense capability and independence of Ukraine.
During March 2024, the combined squad of strike UAVs the “Birds of Fury” successfully carried out combat missions on the front line with their own developed drone “Backfire”.
As of 31.03.2024, the pilots of the unit had carried out about 30 successful combat flights.
Thanks to the support of our donors, sponsors, and philanthropists, the total expenses for supporting the Army during this period were:
- Purchase of components and materials for the production of the aircraft-type UAV “Backfire” – 644 890,03 UAH.
- OLED modules,
- development boards,
- chargers for Li-ion batteries with protection,
- battery holders,
- prototyping boards,
- epoxy resins and hardeners,
- fiberglass,
- Servos and components,
- power regulators
- Connectors, cables, plugs, and others
- Wages for administrative, engineering, and manufacturing personnel – 461 391,21 UAH.
- Compensation for fuel and lubricants for performing combat tasks, organizing flights and moving personnel, repair and maintenance of vehicles –158 648,55 UAH.
- Rent of premises, utility services – 185 735,16 UAH.
- Expenses on business trips – 19 576,56 UAH.
- Other expenses (including equipment) – 46 966,88 UAH.
The total amount of support from the “Heroes of Ukraine” Fund amounts to: 1 517 208,39 UAH.
