The Hero of Ukraine Charitable Foundation and the Birds of Fury UAV assault unit launch a new volunteer pilot project UNITY-1, aimed at uninterrupted funding of the unit’s combat operations and increasing the fleet of Backfire UAVs.
These unmanned systems allow the unit to strike enemy targets deep in the rear. Our planes destroy enemy ammunition depots, equipment, command centers and manpower centers up to 50 kilometers behind the contact line.
The more planes our crews launch, unleashing hell on the enemy’s heads and burning down the enemy’s infrastructure, the more priceless lives of our defenders we will save together.
Our goal is to significantly increase the number of aircrafts to be able to carry out large-scale combat operations in wider areas of the frontline.
We are going to assemble 5 unmanned systems with 2 UAVs each. However, we will do it step by step. So the current goal is to purchase 1 Backfire complex.
